Boomtown (2019-Present)

Project Brief: 

Create an interactive, immersive, playable series of quests & puzzles for a 4 day, 70,000 person music festival.

Aesthetic: a surreal version of modern day “normcore” Britain. 

Theme: a satire of consumerism, advertising and 2000s office culture called “BLIP: The Boomtown Lifestyle Important Product.”

  • Provided 65 costumed performers

  • Directly integrated performance with over a dozen other crews

  • Wrote and created the story and gameplay for an immersive game

  • Designed, built and stage managed multiple immersive venues

  • Created and built custom sets for over 1000 punters to interact with
